Founded by Johnvel Vives, Vel Imagine was born out of a simple idea: everyone deserves to look good, feel confident, and express themselves no matter their budget. VEL stands for Virtue Equality Love

Mission Statement

Growing up in Reading, PA, Johnvel saw firsthand how expensive it can be to keep up with fashion. Big-name brands felt out of reach for many city kids, but the desire to feel stylish, seen, and represented never went away. That’s why Vel Imagine was created: to design clothes that look fresh and feel authentic, without the high price tag.

At Vel Imagine, we’re proud to keep it local. We work with local models and draw inspiration from the streets, culture, and community that raised us. Every piece we create is meant to reflect the energy, resilience, and creativity of our city. We Believe fashion shouldn't separate people it should bring them together. That's what drives us every day: making sure every kid, teen, and young adult can imagine more for themselves, and wear something that tells their story.
